【Product Introduction】
This product is a multi-functional repair electrolyte specially designed for lead-acid batteries. With a stable and mild formula, it can be used as a battery repair liquid, as well as a standard electrolyte for battery replacement and refilling. It effectively dissolves sulfation crystals on electrode plates, activates battery performance, and resolves common ageing issues such as reduced battery life, incomplete charging, unstable voltage and excessive self-discharge. The mild formula causes no damage to electrode plates, effectively restoring aged batteries and extending service life.
【Scope of Application】
Suitable for lead-acid batteries of electric vehicles, energy storage devices and UPS systems. It can be used for battery water refilling, old electrolyte replacement, sulfation repair and routine maintenance. After injection, the electrolyte maintains a standard specific gravity for stable repair and maintenance performance.
Repairable conditions: Moderate battery sulfation, reduced cruising range, premature charging cutoff, unbalanced voltage, ageing, and water loss.
Non-repairable conditions: Severe battery bulging, damaged plates, internal short circuit and expired, scrapped batteries.
【Standard Operation Procedure】
1. Clean the battery surface, open the top cover and rubber pressure relief caps. There is no need to drain the original electrolyte; retain the basic liquid film on the plates.
2. Inject the product quantitatively according to battery specifications. After filling, the battery electrolyte will maintain a standard specific gravity of 1.10±0.002 (20℃) to meet standard repair conditions.
3. Let the battery stand for 2–4 hours to allow the liquid to fully infiltrate the plates and decompose sulfation crystals.
4. Connect the battery to the BatterGo Multi-functional Regeneration Equipment for professional repair and activation. After the equipment program completes operation, let the battery stand for 2–3 hours. No cyclic repair is required.
【Product Features】
Multi-purpose for repair, electrolyte replacement and daily maintenance. High temperature resistance and stable performance without failure. Mild formula protects electrode plates. It balances battery voltage and stabilises cruising performance, suitable for routine maintenance of all types of lead-acid batteries.
【Safety Precautions】
1. This product contains a weak acid with slight corrosivity. Wear protective equipment during operation. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
2. Keep away from children and avoid accidental ingestion. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from fire, heat sources and alkaline substances.
3. Only used for repair, refilling and maintenance of lead-acid batteries. Not applicable as the original factory electrolyte for battery production and assembly. Do not dilute or mix with other liquids, and do not fill new fully filled batteries.
4. Seal the bottle tightly after use and store it away from light.

General Injection Reference: 5–8ml per hole for 12V12Ah batteries; 8–12ml per hole for 12V20Ah batteries. For large-capacity batteries, adjust dosage according to plate proportion to ensure the specific gravity reaches 1.10±0.002.
